Q: Can I see a preview of the design before itās made?
A: Due to high demand, we donāt offer previews by default. But rest assuredāour team hand-draws every design with love and care to reflect your petās personality.
Q: Can I make changes after placing the order?
A: We start working on your design quickly, so changes may not be possible once your order is confirmed. Please double-check all custom info before checking out.

Q: What kind of pet photos work best?
A: Clear, high-resolution, front-facing photos with good lighting work best. Avoid blurry or cropped images for the best results.
Q: Can you draw more than one pet on a product?
A: Sorry, currently only pajamas customization supports multiple pets, but additional fees are required. Please check the product homepage for details.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our usual production time is 5ā7 business days, followed by 7ā15 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary by region and will be shown at checkout.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, youāll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24ā48 hours for the link to activate.

A: Not at all! We love all petsābirds, bunnies, reptilesāyou name it. If you love it, weāll draw it.
Q: Can I send this as a gift?
A: Absolutely! Just mark it as a gift at checkout and include a custom note if youād like. We donāt include prices in the package.
