Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: Simply upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your product style and size, and submit your order. Our artists will take care of the rest!

Q: Can I see a preview of the design before it’s made?
A: Due to high demand, we don’t offer previews by default. But rest assured—our team hand-draws every design with love and care to reflect your pet’s personality.

Q: Can I make changes after placing the order?
A: Yes, but only within 2 days of placing your order. To request changes, please contact us via live chat or email at support@careandit.com and include the details you'd like to update. After 2 days, we begin the design process and are unable to make further changes.


🎨 Customization

Q: What kind of pet photos work best?
A: Clear, high-resolution, front-facing photos with good lighting work best. Avoid blurry or cropped images for the best results.

Q: Can you draw more than one pet on a product?
A: Most of our products support multiple pet portraits—perfect for pet parents with more than one furry friend! However, an extra fee applies per additional pet. Please refer to the specific product page for details on availability and pricing.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Here's what to expect:

  • Design time: 1–3 business days
  • Production time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 7–10 business days (depending on your location)
    On average, you can expect to receive your custom pet gift within 4 weeks of placing your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary by region and will be shown at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the link to activate.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options powered by Stripe and Shopify Payments. Your payment is always protected.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
A: Yes! We often run bundle deals or seasonal promos. Be sure to sign up for our email list to get the latest offers.


🎁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a custom product?
A: Custom items are made just for you, so they are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Q: What if I entered the wrong customization details?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for customer-submitted errors. Please double-check your order before confirming.


🐶 Other Questions

Q: Do you only draw dogs and cats?
A: Not at all! We love all pets—birds, bunnies, reptiles—you name it. If you love it, we’ll draw it.

Q: Can I send this as a gift?
A: Absolutely! Just mark it as a gift at checkout and include a custom note if you’d like. We don’t include prices in the package.
