🐾 Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., items featuring your pet's photo or name), we do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders, unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right!

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll review your claim and either send a replacement or offer a refund.

What’s Not Eligible for Refunds

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Orders with incorrect custom info submitted by the customer
  • Slight color or design variations due to hand-drawn artwork
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Products received over 30 days ago

Once your return is approved (when applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
